• Secure payment processing through our escrow partner paystack.
• Service fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds apply if:
• Listing is false or misleading.
• Property becomes unavailable after payment.
• Dispute is verified in your favor.

7. Liability

UrbanNest is a marketplace & does not guarantee listing accuracy.

Agents may be required to submit verification documents.

2. Listing Responsibility

• Listings must be accurate & legal.
• No fake or misleading listings.
• Timely & professional communication.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments processed through UrbanNest escrow partner paystack.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Clients refunded if listings are false/unavailable.

4. Legal Responsibility

Agents assume responsibility for listing accuracy & legality.

🛡️ Fraud & Security

Fraud will result in suspension & legal consequences.

🤝 Dispute Resolution

UrbanNest may assist but is not obligated to mediate disputes.

💬 Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to UrbanNest.

🔄 Updates

Terms may be updated. Continued use means acceptance.
